Chiyo is a Doman refugee who has taken up residence in Eorzea, working as a house maid for several different clients in her time away from home.

Chiyo has just returned to Ul'dah proper and has resumed her tenure under Ojojo Ojo; so she will be spotted either inside Ojojo's office, performing her duties, or running errands in the city.
Having been born in the Imperial controlled territories of Doma, she was raised amongst a gathering of 'sibling sisters' under the guise of being pruned to serve high-ranked Garleans. She and her sisters were secretly being taught how to be effective killers and assassins through subterfuge and poisons.
When they all had reached the depths of their training available without bringing attention to themselves, they were separated and sent to different groups to begin their plans to take Doma back.
Chiyo ended up amongst the group of refugee's after a failed coup and fled from Doma to Eorzea amongst Yugiri's entourage.
