Captain Faure has been seen aiding the others of the Eorzean Alliance following the end of the Dragonsong War and the introduction of Ishgard into the alliance. Aside from instructing novices in the way of the sword and lance, she's also been seen forging armor and weapons for the ones she trains as well as tinkering with Airships.
Lisette happened to attend several Heated Hearth events, and now offers her skill with armor and weapons to benefit their business.
